Each serving contains 5g of fibre and 18 calories and is therefore officially classified as a low
calorie drink.
One serving consists of one scoop of powder (6.8g) mixed with 150ml of water, just mix one
scoop with cold or warm water. There is a scoop included in each canister. The powder comes
in an apple flavour.

What are the key ingredients?
Oat Apple Fibre contains six sources of fibre from Apple, Oat, Maize, Citrus, Chicory and Soya.

Soluble fibre can be digested by the body and insoluble cannot be digested.
Oat Apple Fibre contains both soluble and insoluble fibre whereas certain other fibre
products on the market will only contain one or the other.
When is best to use Oat Apple Fibre?
Oat Apple Fibre can be taken any time of the day, however we recommend it’s taken along
with Formula 1 as a breakfast. This drink will also count towards your recommended daily
water intake.
How much fibre should I take each day?
The European Food Standards Agency (EFSA) recommends 25g a day for adults, as
mentioned before Oat Apple Fibre contains 5g fibre per 6.8g powder.

Yes, Oat Apple Fibre can be mixed with your Formula 1, we recommend it’s mixed with
either Vanilla flavour or Cookies and Cream which has the most fibre content of all the F1s –
along with Oat Apple Fibre it would provide 10g Fibre. One scoop should be mixed with a
standard Formula 1 serving, i.e. 26g. We would not recommend mixing with any other foods
as their nutritional profiles cannot be guaranteed by Herbalife.
